Chef Snyder considers herself very fortunate to have the opportunities she has had throughout her life.  Most notably, working for two of the best Pastry Chefs in the world while at the French Pasty School in Chicago.  She was also fortunate to have been the head of the pastry program at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago under the guidance of Linda Lafferty PHD, RD, who has become a major influence on her work.

Snyder has taken pastry classes at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  She has also worked for The Art Institute of Chicago, Hollywood Resorts and Casinos, Sodexho French food services, and Fresh Fields.  To expand her experience and training she continues to attend classes and seminars from important artists in the pastry world and within the cake decorating industry.  There is nothing that Snyder likes more than taking a pastry or decorating class and meeting others who share her passions...
