Kingfisher
A two-story three-bedroom tree house situated among the live oaks and natural palms facing the gulf beach. Two separate upstairs suites each with private bath, separate entrances and individual balconies providing spectacular view of the sunsets and beach. The first floor has a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath opening onto the spacious wooden deck with a grill and outside patio furniture for relaxing.

Meadowlark
A renovated two-bedroom, two-bath which can be connected to Meadowlark West, a private bedroom and bath to create a three-bedroom, two-bath family cottage. This cottage is nestled among the oaks and palm trees next to the Club pool, tennis court and playground. A three minute walk to the beach.

Owl
A two-story five-bedroom, five-bath cottage on the gulf front. Owl Up North stairs has a full kitchen, living room and two adjoining bedrooms with their own bathes and balcony overlooking the beach. The lower floor has three separate bedrooms, (two double units and a single unit) with their own gulf view entrances, and private lanai’s opening onto a wooden deck and dune front. The whole cottage may be reserved upon request in the off-season.

Spoonbill
Elevated cottage on the dunes facing the Gulf with blond cypress paneling and a wraparound deck. Your choice of one bedroom and full kitchen, one-bedroom and living room, one-bedroom, one-bath and open sitting area or all three are available upon request.
