Executive Chef Jeff Dzierzak

Surrounded by a vast array of seafood and produce, the north shore of Massachusetts was a great place for an aspiring Chef to grow up. Attending the Culinary Institute of Hyde Park in New York, Chef Jeff honed his culinary skills in fine dining and cuisine. Encouraged by Executive Chefs, his love of cooking grew. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts Management.
