Vacation Rates

AMERICAN PLAN (All Inclusive)
February 1, 2011- April 12, 2011
(Rates include three meals per day.)
Double Occupancy - $510 per night
Single Occupancy - $295 per night
As an American Plan Resort, rates include 3 meals and lodging, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

MODIFIED AMERICAN PLAN
November 19, 2011 - January 31, 2011
April 12, 2011 - April 30, 2011
(Rates include breakfast and dinner. Lunch available.)
Double Occupancy - $410 per night
Single Occupancy - $275 per night

SUMMER SEASON
Summer season begins each year on May 1

Two-night minimum required. 
Three-night minimum during holidays.
 (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)

One-bedroom cottage
(2 People) - $1600 per week
Two-bedroom cottage
(4 People) - $1850 per week
Three-bedroom cottage
(6 People) - $2100 per week
The Ibis, Lovebird and Sanderling are weekly rentals only.

$250.00 Nightly Rate - Double Occupancy
Additional adult $50 per night
Additional Child $25 per night
Taxes and Gratuities:  All rates plus 11.5% state tax and a suggested 15% gratuity.
Children's Rates:  Rates for children under 16 upon request during meal plan seasons.  No charge for children under 3, unless crib rental is required.
Deposit Policy: All reservations require a three-night deposit.
Short stays must be paid in full prior to arrival.
Any reservation longer than two weeks requires a 25% deposit.
Cancellations:  Deposits will be refunded in full if the Club receives written notice of cancellation no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation or a reduction of nights originally booked is made fewer than 45 days prior to arrival.  Guests will be responsible for unsold nights due to short notice. The deposit guarantees for you that we will hold the space as outlined in your reservation confirmation, and for us that you will guarantee to pay for the entire period confirmed. If for any reason a cancellation is necessary, we will return the deposit if the written cancellation notice is received forty five days prior to scheduled arrival time. In the event of a last minute cancellation if the space can be filled, we will return the deposit.

Check in – 3:00 p.m.  Check out – 11:00 a.m.
No pets allowed.
