Manasota Beach Club Introduces Beach Membership Offering
For more than half a century, Manasota Beach Club has stood as a quiet sanctuary along Florida’s Gulf Coast, offering guests a retreat into the natural beauty and timeless traditions of “Old Florida.” This fall, the Club embarks on an exciting new chapter with the introduction of its exclusive Beach Access Membership program, a way for the local community to enjoy this gulf-to-bay treasure while supporting its core mission: preserving the land and its historic character.
Located in the coastal hammock of Manasota Key, the Manasota Beach Club is defined by oak canopies, sea breezes, and stretches of gulf shoreline. The new Beach Memberships are limited, designed for those who crave tranquility, privacy, and a meaningful connection to nature. It is a new way to experience Florida’s beauty. It is an invitation to enjoy what has always been here.
New Membership Offering
Manasota Beach Club is now offering its signature Loggerhead Membership, an annual membership priced at $7,500, which provides beach access for four household members and their guests.
Members enjoy the best of the Club’s gulf-to-bay setting, including Gulfside and Bayside parking, more than 300 feet of private beachfront, a tranquil swimming pool, and two unique decks: one overlooking the Gulf and another tucked beneath the shade of the oak canopy. Amenities also include indoor lounge areas, grills, and picnic tables for relaxed gatherings, as well as an accessible kayak launch on Lemon Bay.
This carefully designed membership is intentionally limited, preserving the quiet, nature-centered character of the Club.
Preserving What Matters
The vision for this new era is to continue careful stewardship of the land. As the Club reopens, leadership has prioritized projects like dune restoration, native plantings, sea turtle awareness, and a “leave only footprints” approach to beach access.
Sydney “Buffy” Crampton, who grew up on the property, shared, “After the challenges of the storms of 2024, we are excited to again welcome guests to the property to enjoy the beautiful natural amenities of the Manasota Beach Club. Our work to preserve this unique part of Old Florida’s history will continue with your help.”
