Manasota Beach Club is one of Florida's most unique and storied coastal properties — eleven acres spanning Manasota Key from Lemon Bay to the Gulf, anchored by ancient oaks, protected shoreline, and a community of people who keep coming back. Membership is our way of making this place yours.
Ways to Belong

Our signature annual membership provides beach access for four household members and their guests, year-round. Members enjoy the full gulf-to-bay experience: more than 300 feet of private beachfront, a tranquil swimming pool, Gulfside and Bayside parking, two signature decks, indoor lounge areas, grills, picnic tables, kayak launch on Lemon Bay, and access to athletic programming and member events. This membership is intentionally limited to preserve the quiet, nature-centered character of the Club.

Formerly our Athletic Membership, the Social Membership is designed for those who want to stay connected to the Club community — access to member events, programming, and the people who make this place special.

For those who want to do more than belong — this level supports the Club's ongoing conservation and restoration work, including our coastal habitat replanting initiatives in partnership with Pine Island Redfish and MANG Foundation. Legacy Members are recognized with a permanent plaque on the property.
