We are pleased to offer our signature Loggerhead Membership, an annual membership priced at $7,500, which provides beach access for four household members and their guests.

Members enjoy the best of the Club’s gulf-to-bay setting, including Gulfside and Bayside parking, more than 300 feet of private beachfront, a tranquil swimming pool, and two unique decks: one overlooking the Gulf and another tucked beneath the shade of the oak canopy. Amenities also include indoor lounge areas, grills, and picnic tables for relaxed gatherings, as well as an accessible kayak launch on Lemon Bay.

This carefully designed membership is intentionally limited, preserving the quiet, nature-centered character of the Club.

For those curious about membership but who want to learn more before committing to a full year, we are pleased to offer a limited-time Hawksbill Monthly Membership. 

Beginning March 1st, we invite you to join our community for 30 days (beginning on the day you sign up) for $2,000. This monthly option offers a meaningful way to experience Manasota Beach Club in its most active season, spending time along the shoreline and beneath the oaks, as well as enjoying athletic programming and member events.
