Owl Down

The Owl cottage, designed by the Sarasota School of Architecture in 1975, has three accommodations on the lower level: Owl North, Owl South, and Owl Middle. These are simple, easy, comfortable quarters suitable for couples or individuals, looking out over the beach and water. North, South and Middle all have a classic old Florida aesthetic: crisp white painted wood paneling, tiled bathrooms, small kitchenettes, and glass doors that open to private deck space and comfortable outdoor seating. The whole Owl cottage, taken as a single unit, can host a large family or group of friends.
